Appropriate instrument/voice requirements can be downloaded on the Section Requirements page.
Admission as a Nondegree student
For students interested in summer graduate workshops or other graduate courses taken as a nondegree student:
Admission to UCF as a nondegree seeking student is required. The admission process is handled online through UCF Graduate Studies. Please see this link to get your application started: http://www.graduate.ucf.edu/gradonlineapp.
In the application process, make sure to indicate that you are applying for nondegree application. Certain graduate courses in the UCF Music Department are restricted to students who have been accepted in the Master of Arts program. For students who take courses in the nondegree status and later are accepted into the MA program, no more than 9 credit hours of coursework is allowable to transfer into the program of study.
